100 Day Project 2022

I need to make art to breathe. 2022 has been a darker year for me. There have been times I’ve felt like my life was spiraling, or I felt very low. A lot can change in 100 days. When I look at these pieces, I see the days I needed color. I see the softer worlds I wanted to climb into. I see the hope that making gives me. I see the growth I was discovering. I see the exploration. Not enough time has passed for me to truly understand how this year has changed me. I feel different. I know I’m different, but the clarity isn’t here yet. Until then, I have plenty of pieces to help me untangle exactly what happened in 2022.
